Refund & Cancellation Policy
How refunds and subscription cancellations work for Opselith Pro.
Effective date: 20 August 2026
1. Paddle is the Merchant of Record
Opselith Pro purchases are processed through Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and handles payment processing, billing, applicable taxes and buyer payment support for those transactions.
Refund requests are handled under the applicable Paddle Buyer Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights.
2. Statutory withdrawal rights
Where a consumer has a statutory 14-day withdrawal right, that right applies unless a lawful exception applies. Any exception for digital content or digital services is only relied upon where the legal requirements for that exception have been met.
Opselith will provide the legally required withdrawal information, the model withdrawal form and the required easy-to-find online withdrawal mechanism. The online mechanism does not replace the model form.
3. Online withdrawal / cancellation
Consumers may use the online withdrawal function during the applicable statutory withdrawal period. This provides an additional easy way to communicate that you want to withdraw from the purchase; it does not replace the model withdrawal form or other lawful ways to withdraw.
Withdraw / cancel an eligible purchase
After you submit the request, Opselith sends a confirmation message to the email address you provide. The confirmation message records the purchase information you submitted and the date and time of your confirmed withdrawal request.
3. Requesting a refund
For Paddle purchases, use the refund or support option in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle Buyer Support. Paddle determines eligibility and processes approved refunds under its applicable policy and the rights that apply to the purchase.
For technical problems with Opselith Pro, contact support@opselith.com first so we can try to resolve the issue.
4. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel an Opselith Pro subscription to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, so access remains available until that period ends, unless applicable law or an applicable remedy requires otherwise.
Use the subscription management mechanism supplied by Paddle or contact support if you need help. A statutory withdrawal or cancellation right, where applicable, is separate from ordinary cancellation of future renewals.
5. Consumer rights
Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer protection, withdrawal, refund, conformity or cancellation rights. Where mandatory law provides stronger protection, that right applies.
6. Technical defects
If a material technical problem prevents use of the Pro functionality purchased, contact Opselith promptly. We will investigate and, where appropriate, work with Paddle on the applicable remedy.
