Withdraw / cancel an online purchase
Use this online function to communicate that you want to withdraw from an eligible Opselith purchase within the applicable statutory withdrawal period.
Submit your withdrawal / cancellation
Enter the purchase email and Paddle transaction reference from your receipt. You do not have to give a reason. We only ask for the information needed to identify the purchase and record your request.
What happens next
Your withdrawal communication is recorded as soon as this form is successfully submitted. Opselith then sends a confirmation email for your records. No second email click is required.
Eligibility and any refund are handled under the mandatory rights that apply to the purchase and Paddle's Merchant of Record process. This function does not replace the model withdrawal form or other lawful ways to withdraw.
Opselith Pro keys are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically, so there is no subscription renewal to cancel.
