Withdraw / cancel an online purchase
Use this online function to communicate that you want to withdraw from an eligible Opselith purchase within the applicable statutory withdrawal period.
Step 1 — Submit your request
Enter the purchase email and a purchase reference from your Paddle receipt. We only ask for information needed to identify and handle the request.
Step 2 — Confirm by email
After submission, Opselith sends a confirmation message to the email address you entered. Your withdrawal request is confirmed when you follow the link in that message.
This function does not replace the model withdrawal form or other lawful ways to withdraw. For subscription renewal cancellation outside a statutory withdrawal, use the Paddle subscription management link.
