How to use this result

Use this report when you need the current Team-level member and owner list for one specific Team.

When this helps

  • Create a membership CSV for access review, migration preparation or owner validation.
  • Separate owners from members by the Role value returned by Teams PowerShell.

How to read the result

  • Get-TeamUser returns Team-level users with their user identity, display name and role.
  • Owners appear in the same result as members and can be filtered by the Role column.

Things to check

  • Private and shared channels can have their own membership boundary; this Team-level report does not replace a channel-membership report.
  • The export is a point-in-time view and does not show historical membership changes.

What to do next: If the Team uses private or shared channels, review those channel memberships separately before making access decisions.
