Why use this template?
Use this PowerShell template when you need to find corporate-owned Intune devices. It is generated locally and can be reviewed before you run it yourself in your own PowerShell session.
The template uses Microsoft.Graph.DeviceManagement and requires DeviceManagementManagedDevices.Read.All. Output: CSV report. Level: Beginner. Action: Read-only. Risk: Low.
Review before running
The script is generated in your browser. Read it before you run it, and test it outside production first. “Read-only” describes the script itself; anything you add around it can still change data.
Generate the script
- Open the template in the PowerShell Builder.
- Enter the requested values and review the module, permissions, output and risk.
- Generate the script, read it carefully, and test it outside production before use.
The script is generated locally in your browser. Nothing needs to be uploaded to Opselith.
Generate Find Intune corporate devices →How to use this result
Use this report to filter the Intune managed-device inventory to records whose ManagedDeviceOwnerType is company.
When this helps
- Review corporate-owned device inventory before lifecycle, compliance or asset-management work.
- Separate company-owned records from personal ownership for focused reporting.
How to read the result
- A returned row reflects Intune's managedDeviceOwnerType=company value at export time.
- Ownership type is an Intune management property and should be validated against your asset source of truth for business-critical decisions.
Things to check
- Company-owned does not prove that the physical asset is still deployed, assigned or in service.
- Last sync and compliance need separate interpretation before lifecycle action.
What to do next: Correlate corporate-owned records with asset ownership, assigned user and last sync before retiring or reassigning devices.
