CSV fields and technical checks
The validator checks target MailUser state, ExchangeGUID and ArchiveGUID matching, required X500 continuity, Primary SMTPAddress, ExternalEmailAddress, source/target Exchange licensing, mailbox hold state and Cross-Tenant User Data Migration license status. Project domains are used only as review signals.
The CSV template contains the exact required headers. List fields such as X500 and target email addresses use a pipe (|) between values.
This module validates data you provide; it does not query Microsoft 365 or modify either tenant.
